The customer doesn't wait
If you reply the next day, they may already have asked someone else. Whoever answers first starts ahead.
Automation and AI agents
I set up AI agents that answer your WhatsApp, book appointments, follow up with your customers and take care of the tasks that repeat every day. We start with the one that eats most of your time.
Hi, good evening. Do you have any slots this week?
Hi! Yes, we still have openings. What would it be for?
A full check-up. Two of us.
Perfect. I have Thursday at 10:30 or Friday at 17:00. Which works better?
Thursday at 10:30
Booked. Thursday 10:30, for two. I'll send a reminder on Wednesday.

Morning, my check engine light just came on
Good morning. Does it start and drive fine, or is it running rough?
Drives fine, the light just stays on
Got it. I can fit you in today at 16:00 to read the codes. It's 30, credited back if you have the repair done here.
Sounds good, I'll come at 4
Booked. Make, model and plate, so I can have it ready?
Table for 6 on Saturday at 9pm?
Hi! We're full at 21:00. I have 20:15 or 22:00. Does either work?
22:00 is better. And one of us is coeliac
Noted, gluten-free. Saturday 22:00, table for 6. Under what name?
Jose
All set, Jose. If you can't make it, message me here and I'll free the table.

With the agent
If you reply the next day, they may already have asked someone else. Whoever answers first starts ahead.
Hours, prices, availability, where you are, what's included. The questions that repeat most, and none of them need you.
The odd case, the negotiation, the unhappy customer. That's where you step in, with the conversation already summarised in front of you.
What I automate
We start with one, the one that takes most of your time, and add the next once the first is working.
Answers in seconds, at night and on Sundays too. And when a person is needed, it hands the conversation to you.
Checks your real availability, books the appointment and sends the reminder before the visit.
Every contact saved in your sheet or CRM, with what they asked for. You see first what could become a sale.
The unanswered quote, the pending check-up, the customer who doesn't come back: the message goes out on its own, at the right time.
Asks for feedback after every service and lets you know about new reviews so you can answer in time.
Enquiries, bookings, sales and what's still pending, on one screen and without copying data by hand.
Ways to work
I design, build and maintain the automation in your accounts. You just use it.
Analysis that used to take weeks, in days and with exactly what to change.
Live sessions on your actual business. You leave with something working, not with notes.
How we work
I look at how you work today: your WhatsApp, your website and the tasks that repeat. I tell you what to automate first, what isn't worth it and how much time you'd get back. No commitment, no cost.
We define what it does, what it never does, and the moment it hands control to you. That's what separates a useful automation from an annoying one.
I connect it to your tools: WhatsApp, calendar, customer sheet or CRM. You test it first, with real cases, before it's open to anyone.
I check how it works on real cases, fix what needs fixing and add what's new. An automation with no maintenance is out of date within a quarter.
Frequently asked
It depends on what we automate and what it has to connect to. That's why the audit is free: you come out of it with the scope and the price settled, before deciding anything.
It doesn't improvise. It only answers about what you give it: your services, your prices, your hours. If someone asks about anything else, it hands the conversation to you. And before it goes public, you test it with the hardest questions you can think of.
I work on Meta's official API, not on unofficial workarounds, so the most common reason for a shutdown goes away. What's left depends on how it's used: no unsolicited advertising and no messages your customers mark as spam. Designing it so that doesn't happen is part of the job.
Two to three weeks from the moment we decide to start. The slow part isn't the technology: it's verifying the number with Meta and fine-tuning the answers with you.
You do. The number, the calendar and the customer sheet are in your accounts. Maintenance has no lock-in: you give notice, it stops at the end of the month, and what was set up stays with you.
It fits wherever tasks repeat every day: enquiries, bookings, quotes, follow-up or reports. Clinics, academies, workshops, estate agents, firms, shops. If the audit shows it isn't worth it, I'll tell you.
Who's behind this
My name is Jose Cabanillas. I'm Peruvian, I live in Valencia, Spain, and I've worked in systems and data since 2008: eighteen years, the last twelve in business intelligence and data architecture.
I've built data warehouses and dashboards for banking, insurance, utilities, logistics, universities and hotels, in Peru and in Spain. If you write to me, I'm the one who answers: there's no sales team in the way.
Free audit
I reply within 2-3 working days with a report on what can and can't be automated in your business. If I don't see anything worth doing, I'll say so and that's that.
Rather write directly? Send me a WhatsApp or email hola@negociando.es.
