Training and one-to-one sessions

You don't want it built for you.
You want to know how to build it.

Live sessions, with you there and your real business on the table. Not recorded videos, not theory: you finish with something working and knowing why it works.

Before you book

I'd rather tell you no than charge you for nothing.

AI training is full of people selling to everybody. This works very well in some cases and is a waste of money in others.

It makes sense if…

  • You run a small business and your hours disappear into tasks that repeat every week.
  • You already use ChatGPT or similar, but haphazardly, and the results differ from one day to the next.
  • You want to stop depending on someone else every time a comma needs changing.
  • You're a technical professional and need to fold AI into what you already do, without starting over.
  • You have a team improvising with AI and you want everyone working the same way.

It doesn't if…

  • What you want is for someone to build it while you touch nothing. That's a service, not training: it's on the other page.
  • You're after a cheap recorded course. This is live time and it costs what it costs.
  • You expect AI to sell on its own without changing anything about how your business works today.
  • You won't have time between sessions. Without practice, none of it sticks.

What you take away

Not a syllabus. Things you'll be able to do the following Monday.

Tell what's worth automating

Which of your tasks deserves it, which costs more automated than by hand, and which you should never touch.

Build your first automation

A real one, on your case, that keeps running after you close the laptop. Not a demo.

Write instructions that repeat

So the model gives the same result on Tuesday and on Thursday. That's the line between playing and working.

Connect your tools

Calendar, spreadsheet, email, forms. Getting them to talk without you acting as the cable.

Fix it when it breaks

Because it will. Reading what the system did and where it broke is what makes you independent.

Decide what to buy and what not to

Which tool to pay for, which is smoke, what to do yourself and what to outsource. It saves you more than the training costs.

Formats and pricing

Three ways, depending on how far you want to go.

You start with a single session and decide afterwards. If you go on to book the programme, that first session comes off the price.

First session

$5090 minutes

You bring one concrete problem and leave with a way out, not with homework. Entry price: it comes off the programme if you book it.

  • 90 minutes live, one to one
  • Your case reviewed beforehand, in writing
  • Recording and script of what we built
  • A week of written questions

  • Up to 10 people
  • Exercises on the company's real processes
  • Written guide for the team
  • Follow-up session a month later

Prices in US dollars, before tax. Sessions are run in Spanish, at times that work for both Spain and Latin America.

What it looks like inside

A session isn't a class. It's work done with you there.

  1. Before in writing

You tell me what problem you're bringing and I look at it properly. If I think it isn't the real problem, I tell you before the session, not during.

  2. During 90 minutes

Shared screen and hands on your case. You drive and I sit beside you; if I build the whole thing, tomorrow you're back where you started.

  3. At the end same day

You take away what we built, working, plus the recording and a written script of the steps, so you can repeat it without me.

  4. Afterwards one week

Written questions for the following seven days. The real doubts appear when you're using it alone, not in the session.

Frequently asked

What people ask before booking.

Which language are the sessions in?

Spanish. That's what I work in live, and I'd rather say so here than have it be a surprise on the call. Written follow-up in English is fine. If you need the sessions themselves in English, tell me before booking and I'll give you a straight answer about whether I can do it well.

Do I need to know how to program?

No. We work with tools you operate by connecting pieces, not by writing code. If you do program, that helps; if you don't, it isn't an obstacle. What you do need is to know your own business well: that part I can't teach you.

Which tools will we use?

Yours first: your calendar, your spreadsheet, your email, your practice management system. On top of that, whatever is needed to connect them, plus a language model. I'm not going to make you change tools so they fit how I work.

I'm not sure what to automate. Do I still start?

Yes, and that's the most common case. That's exactly what the first session is: look at your week, see where the time goes and pick the candidate with the best effort-to-result ratio. Picking the wrong first process is the mistake that sinks everything else most often.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, and the recording is yours. I also send a written script of the steps, because re-watching 90 minutes of video to remember one thing helps nobody.

Can I move from training to the service, or the other way round?

Both happen. Some people learn, build their own and then prefer to hand over the maintenance. Others book the WhatsApp agent and afterwards want to understand what they have. If you come from the first session and book the programme, that $50 comes off.

What if the first session doesn't convince me?

Nothing is signed beyond that session. The first one is $50 precisely for that: trying out how I work costs you an afternoon, not a decision.

Tell me what you want to know how to do.

I reply within 2-3 working days. If I think what you need isn't training but something else, I'll say so before charging you anything.
